Bishop’s Move Spain has a great opportunity for a new Business Development Manager and we want to hear from highly skilled Sales Professionals!

This exciting new HYRBID role will be responsible for driving business growth for all markets that our Spanish business operates within. This includes the local Spanish market, the ex-pat market, development of trade work both within Spain and globally, supported by the AGM Group.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing a network of contacts to attract new clients while researching new market areas & opportunities will be a fundamental part of this role.

  • Overseeing growth projects, making sales projections and forecasting revenue will be key to ensure an agile approach to planning and development as the role progresses.

  • Developing further growth within all markets that our Spanish business operates within. This includes the local Spanish market , the ex-pat market, and the development of trade work both within Spain and globally.

  • Working with the General Manager to develop Bishops Move Spain in line with agreed revenue and gross profit margin budgets. Developing new customers through appropriate propositions, sales methods and relevant internal liaison to optimize quality of service, business growth and customer satisfaction.

  • Attend conferences and events to build relationships with industry partners, staying up to date with new trends and market opportunities.

  • Possess a strong understanding of the company’s products & services with excellent knowledge of competition within in the industry and positioning.

  • You will be highly organised using our CRM system to engage with customers, respond to and follow-up Sales Enquiries using all appropriate methods. Monitor & report Marketing activities and provide relevant reports & information to the General Manager. Attend and present to external customer meetings and internal meetings where appropriate.

  • To attend training and to develop relevant knowledge, techniques, and skills where required.

  • Build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on the customer, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity. Visit & maintain good communication with all Accounts being developed.

  • You will report to the General Manager on a monthly basis on the development of the brand.
